Vigneto: Montemarino, sulla sommità di una delle colline più alte dell’area di Gavi; coltivazione biodinamica.
Suolo ed esposizione: argillo-calcareo, piena esposizione a sud, con influenza dei venti marini.
Vinificazione: breve macerazione iniziale; lieviti autoctoni, fermentazione malolattica, nessuna filtrazione e chiarifica per decantazione naturale.
Affinamento: botti di rovere da 25 hl per circa 11 mesi; senza solfiti aggiunti.
