- The wine initially ages for approximately two years in large oak barrels , where the wood, thanks to its neutrality, accompanies the evolution without overpowering the varietal character. It then continues to age for another two years in smaller oak barrels , a phase that promotes greater integration and complexity. After completing its time in wood, the wine rests for approximately twelve months in bottle before being released for sale, achieving full harmony and balance.
