• The grapes come from the granite and sandy soils of southern Beaujolais, harvested by hand and then fermented primarily in tanks with carbonic maceration, with a few days spent in open vats before pressing. On the nose, it offers juicy aromas of red fruits—raspberry and strawberry—with floral notes of violet and peony, as well as a hint of spice. On the palate, it is light, aromatic, bright, and crisp, with lively acidity and a touch of tannin that provides structure, for a clean, pure, and highly drinkable finish.
