A traditional, unsweetened, and unfiltered Oude Geuze from Lembeek. Once a year, Brouwerij Boon brews a blend of several large, three-year-old Lambiek barrels, specially crafted for fermentation and with a high degree of fermentation. After aging for 6 to 12 months in the bottle, this creates a special "Oude Geuze" with an 8% alcohol content.
