Cantillon - Cascina Degli Ulivi Barbera

Barbera is a collaboration between Brasserie Cantillon and Cascina degli Ulivi , born from the encounter between the world of spontaneously fermented beer and natural wine. This beer is made by macerating Barbera grape pomace for nine months before being blended with a two-year-old Lambic. The result is an extremely complex beer, reminiscent of a natural maceration, with a vinous aromatic profile and extraordinary potential for aging.
