Cantillon - Cascina Degli Ulivi Le Plaisir

Le Plaisir is a collaboration between Brasserie Cantillon and Cascina degli Ulivi , born from the encounter between the worlds of spontaneously fermented beer and natural wine. This beer is made by macerating the pomace of nine grape varieties for nine months, before being blended with a two-year-old Lambic. The result is an extremely complex beer, reminiscent of a natural maceration, with a vinous aromatic profile and extraordinary aging potential.
