Le Plaisir is a collaboration between Brasserie Cantillon and Cascina degli Ulivi, born from the encounter between the world of spontaneously fermented beer and natural wine. This beer is obtained by macerating pomace from 9 grape varieties for 9 months, before being blended with a 2-year-old Lambic. The result is an extremely complex beer, reminiscent of a natural macerated wine, with a vinous aromatic profile and an extraordinary evolutionary capacity.
