Le Plaisir is a collaboration between Brasserie Cantillon and Cascina degli Ulivi, born from the encounter between the world of spontaneously fermented beer and natural wine. This beer is obtained from the maceration of pomace from 9 grape varieties for 9 months, before being blended with a 2-year-old Lambic. The result is an extremely complex beer, reminiscent of a natural macerated wine, with a vinous aromatic profile and an extraordinary evolutionary capacity.
