Nath Cantillon was created to honor Nathalie, wife of Cantillon's brewer. It is a blend of Lambic from different vintages with added rhubarb juice. Even though it may seem like an unusual pairing, the result is excellent! The rustic aromas of Lambic perfectly blend with the vegetal and slightly astringent notes of rhubarb, creating a fresh, lively, and refreshing drink.
