Nath Cantillon was created to honor Nathalie, the wife of Cantillon's brewer. It is a blend of Lambic from different vintages with the addition of rhubarb juice. Although it may seem like an unusual combination, the result is excellent! The rustic aromas of Lambic blend perfectly with the vegetal and slightly astringent notes of rhubarb, creating a fresh, lively, and refreshing drink.
