Nath Cantillon was created to honor Nathalie, the wife of the Cantillon brewer. It is a blend of Lambic from different vintages with added rhubarb juice. Although it may seem like an unusual combination, the result is excellent! The rustic aromas of the Lambic blend perfectly with the vegetal and slightly astringent notes of rhubarb, creating a fresh, lively, and refreshing drink.
