Average vineyard age: 30 years, with vines reaching up to 70 years old. Spontaneous fermentation without selected yeasts, in large oak barrels, whole-cluster carbonic maceration. No fining, no filtration, sulfur dioxide no more than 30 mg/liter. Matured in 225-liter Slavonian barriques.
