• Black cherries and marasca cherries are part of the “sour cherry” family, a variety that is rarely used for fresh consumption but is excellent for processing.
  Our black cherries grow up to 1000 metres above sea level in the Verona and Trentino areas and after fermentation, distillation and rest they give life to a distillate with an intense, frank and persistent aroma, with strong notes of almond.
• Double distillation in small copper stills with a bain-marie
• Rest in stainless steel containers for as long as necessary
• Dilution with spring water from the Grappa massif
