• It's the pear distillate par excellence. The fruit comes from Alto Adige and Trentino and is grown in very limited quantities on the hills. Williams Pear Distillate is generous, immediate, full-bodied, and persistent on the palate. These characteristics have contributed to making it our most beloved fruit distillate.
  
• Double distillation in small copper stills with a bain-marie
• Rest in stainless steel containers for as long as necessary
• Dilution with spring water from the Grappa massif
