• We can define it as the progenitor of all the plums and prunes we know.
  It's a very thorny shrub that grows wild in hollows, ditches, or on the edges of farmland, and its harvest is very challenging. It's not eaten fresh because it's very tannic, astringent, and allergen-inducing, and is so-called for its "gentle" laxative properties. However, it's a fruit that becomes truly exceptional when distilled.
  A spirit that evokes the aroma of classic plums in every way, but with tenfold concentration: intense aromas of toasted almonds on the nose, with a fruity blend of ripe plums and prunes, and a fruity finish on the palate, with a strong note of marzipan. Perfect after coffee or with a good chocolate.

• Rest in stainless steel containers for as long as necessary
• Dilution with spring water from the Grappa massif
