Composed of several varieties, this low-yield Pinot Noir is grown on a glacial molasses terroir. 50% destemmed and 50% whole bunch fermented, macerated for 17 days and aged in barriques for 1 year. Pure grape juice. Unfiltered, without added sulfites.
