Red grape variety emblematic of Chautagne, present on the estate over 1.15 hectares. This cuvée comes from vineyards trained in cordon Royat, cultivated on "jet" terroirs. Located at the bottom of the slope, this Gamay is special in that it is composed of different varieties, some of which are teinturier. Bottling in spring. 21 days of maceration with 40% whole bunches. Selection of only the free-run juice and aging in tank until bottling.
