This is a lambic aged in barrels in 2014 and bottled in 2019! A 5-year-old lambic, then!
Clearly flat, it presents itself with a coarse and evanescent foam, a deep orange colour, almost amber.
Incredible aromatic complexity: wet wood, leather, barnyard, ripe fruit and a touch of lemony.
