• Mourvedre, Grenache Noir
• 11.5% - 30-year-old vines
• Grown on clay-limestone soils of rolled pebbles on the Terrasses de l'Agly in a location known as "Le Roboul." The entire harvest is pressed, then infused, and alcoholic fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts. Aging lasts 12 months in barrels. The wine is gravity bottled during the lunar phase and is unleavened, unacidified, unsweetened, unclarified, and unfiltered.
