• 11.5% - 70-year-old vines
• Whole Moscato grapes from 70-year-old vines are hand-picked and gently fermented with indigenous yeasts. This is followed by 30 days of maceration on the skins before being aged in old oak barrels for approximately 9 months. The wine is gravity-fed and unfiltered.
