Botanicals : Juniper, lemon balm, almond, wormwood, angelica, coriander, caper, thyme, helichrysum (balanced for citrus, herbaceous and floral scents).
Artisanal distillation in water bath pot stills (Müller) with two different processes depending on the botanicals. Tough botanicals are boiler-distilled at a higher temperature to extract intense aromas. Delicate/fresh botanicals are steam-distilled at a lower temperature to preserve their fragrant aromas.
Maturation : Waiting for about a month before bottling to improve the aromatic profile.
