• Nebbiolo
• 14.5% - 10/70 year old vines
• Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, using only indigenous yeasts
  
• Macerations on the skins are carried out for up to 30 days, with modest pumping over and pigeages to extract structure and tannins while maintaining elegance.
  
• After malolactic fermentation in steel, the wine ages in old exhausted barriques for about 14 months, where the wood mainly plays a role in breathing rather than providing aromas.
