Rosé classic method sparkling wine from grapes grown in Monticelli Brusati. 2020 harvest with soft pressing and short maceration on the skins. Alcoholic fermentation and secondary fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method. Aged on lees until disgorgement in November 2025. No dosage. Artisanal production with minimal intervention.
Disgorgement is carried out manually à la volée, without artificial freezing. No liqueur d'expédition is added: topping up is done exclusively with the same wine aged on the lees.
