Blend of over 100 wines from different vintages (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier) from the last 13 years. Fermentation in small oak barrels with blending of numerous vintages to achieve complexity and stylistic continuity. Long aging on the lees (about 7 years or more).
