Menaresta - Bombyx - Làmbric Barrel Aged

Bombyx is the result of a collaboration between Birrificio Menaresta and Birrificio Stradaregina (PV). Birra Madre (Mother Beer) and kilos of black mulberries result in a unique beer: dry and vinous, savory and fruity, with bold, funky notes and an elegantly acidic flavor, combined with aromas of wooden barrels and the cellar where it matures.
