Menaresta - Panigada - Farmhouse Barrel Aged

A pale, brettata farmhouse ale with elderflower (aged for a long time in barrels, where it is “contaminated” with brettanomyces, it is flavored with fresh flowers in spring and bottled in winter with a “sparkling” process). Tasting notes: vinous, almost a pure Sauvignon, with “wild” notes and a sharp acidity.
