The grapes for the La Geria "Grand Cru" are vinified in parcels. First, they are pressed in a traditional lagar, then partly macerated in amphorae with whole bunches, partly in barriques, and partly in stainless steel. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts, without filtering or fining.
