Brunt Nature sparkling wine, obtained according to the ancestral method (single spontaneous fermentation which concludes in the bottle) from Merlot grapes (33%) harvested early (it is our sparkling wine base for the classic Yolo method), Incrocio Manzoni Bianco (33%) in contact with the skins for a week, and Rhine Riesling (33%).
Spontaneous fermentation. No filtration. Disgorgement without any additives. Aged on the lees for at least 6 months.
