Rebelot - Brusa Crus - 2023

Brüsa Crus is the nickname of the inhabitants of Cerveno, the place where this wine is born, from calcareous soils on the slopes of Concarena, the sacred Camunian mountain. Obtained from pure Manzoni Bianco grapes, macerated for over 2 months on their skins in terracotta and stoneware amphorae. Spontaneous fermentation. No filtration or addition of sulfur dioxide (total sulfur <10 mg/l). It therefore contains a slight residue.
