- Brüsa Crus is the nickname of the inhabitants of Cerveno, where this wine is produced, from calcareous soils on the slopes of Concarena, the sacred Camunian mountain. Made from pure Manzoni Bianco grapes, macerated on their skins for over two months in terracotta and stoneware amphorae. Spontaneous fermentation. No filtration or sulfites are added (total sulfites <10 mg/l). Therefore, it contains a slight residue.
