Rebelot - Glere - 2023

This wine comes from calcareous soils on the slopes of Concarena, the sacred Camunian mountain, in the Glere area.

Obtained from pure Merlot grapes, 30% vinified as whole bunches.

Spontaneous fermentation. No filtration or added sulfites (total sulfites <10 mg/l). It therefore contains a slight residue. It is recommended to keep upright for 1 hour before serving and serve chilled.

It's a fresh, light Merlot, a true mountain wine. The nose presents a lovely spiciness and a citrus note. On the palate, it's fresh yet full-bodied.
