- 11.5% - VSQ Classic Method Extra Brut Rosé
- Classic method rosé made from 100% Merlot grapes grown on the calcareous soils of our vineyards at the foot of the Concarena. 90% comes from a first harvest in early September, to obtain a pronounced acidity. 10% comes from a second harvest in early October, to impart color and aromas of strawberries and small red fruits. Made according to the classic method. Spontaneous initial fermentation. Tirage in June 2024. Disgorgement in late October 2025, after 18 months on the lees. Very low dosage at disgorgement (4g/l sugar) to maintain tension and verticality.
