Durello and Chardonnay are made from vines rooted in tuff and trachyte, ancient and mineral soils. Vinified with a long maceration on the skins, they find their balance through aging in amphorae. The result is an agile and luminous orange wine, fresh on the palate, with a barely whispered tannic structure: present, but never intrusive.
