• Vinification in stainless steel
• Maceration on the skins for about two weeks, accompanied by pump-overs, to promote aromatic extraction while maintaining tannic balance.
• Aged for 22 months in French oak barriques, 1/3 of which are new.
  
• Castagnetto Carducci - Bolgheri/Tuscany, Italy
