In 2022, Enrico Togni met the Bombana brothers, Umberto and Claudio, who shared a passion for wine.He acted as an intermediary with Umberto, chef of the 8½ Otto e Mezzo restaurant in Hong Kong, the only Italian with three Michelin stars outside of Italy. This wine celebrates this union between innovation and Italian roots.
