- The Uovo di Piccione cultivar has a green fruitiness that straddles light to medium flavor. On the nose, we find floral, vanilla, and citrus notes, reminiscent of pink grapefruit. Hints of exotic fruit are also present. The bitter and spicy notes are barely noticeable.
